Peninsula Aesthetic Medicine is a nurse-practitioner-led aesthetic practice in Newport News. Adam Medlin, FNP-BC, evaluates every patient and writes a plan that works backward from your wedding day, so anything with downtime happens months ahead and nothing new happens in the final two weeks.

How brides typically plan with us:

• 12+ months out: laser resurfacing, RF microneedling, tattoo removal

• 6–9 months out: IPL photofacial for redness and sun spots, microneedling

• 3–4 months out: a Botox or Letybo trial run, first-time lip filler

• About 3 weeks out: your wedding-day neuromodulator dose

• About 1 week out: a carbon laser facial for glow
